Our philosophy at Unicus Athletics is to provide the highest level of coaching possible to help our members achieve their health and fitness goals in a safe, challenging environment.
We cater to a wide range of people … from those new to fitness, to aspiring high school and collegiate athletes to CrossFit competitors. Even if you have no fitness background, you will find a home and quickly learn fundamental skills to improve your athletic ability and general well-being.
Our coaches believe in leading by example. It is difficult to coach a complex movement if you can’t do it yourself. Each of our coaches have proven their mastery of weightlifting, bodyweight and gymnastics skills. Every day you will find them in the gym working hard to refine their movements, capacity and knowledge to help you improve and safely overcome your fitness challenges.
