For the serious, competitive CrossFit or fitness athlete, we offer the best coaching and programming in North Texas. If you are serious about increasing your strength, skills, endurance and competitive drive, you owe it to yourself come by and meet our coaches and see what they can do for you.

We are always looking for athletes interested in competing, in teams and as individuals in local, regional and national competitions.

Competitive Class Qualifications

  • MUST show proficiency in
    • Double-Unders
    • Pull-Ups
    • Toes-to-Bar
  • MUST demonstrate 6/10 of the following (men / women):
    • Fran (3:25 / 4:25)
    • Helen (9:30 / 11:00)
    • Fight Gone Bad (350 / 300)
    • Muscle Ups (6  / 2 Unbroken)
    • Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (25  / 12 Unbroken)
    • 500m Row (1:29 / 1:47)
    • 2k Row (7:10 / 8:12)
    • Back Squat (2x Bodyweight / 1.7x Bodyweight)
    • Snatch (1x Bodyweight / 0.75x Bodyweight)
    • Clean & Jerk (1.5x Bodyweight / 1.15x Bodyweight)
  • Additional Skills (proficiency in 2 of these will count for 1 of the above)
    • 50′ Handstand Walk
    • Strict Handstand Push-ups (15 / 5)
    • Triple Unders (10)
    • Rope Climb (5 in 1-minute)
    • Bar Muscle-Up (6  / 2 Unbroken)
    • Bar Pull-Over
    • Ring Back Roll to Support
    • Ring Back Uprise
    • 100 Wallballs Unbroken (20# to 10′ / 14# to 9′)
    • Pistol Proficiency
    • CrossFit Games Open Placement (Top 300 in Region)
