CrossFit is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity).

CrossFit is also the communal feel that arises when people do these workouts together. It is the community aspect of CrossFit that is the biggest draw. While many of us grew up playing team sports, a lot of people have never experienced having teammates work with you and support you every step of the way. The CrossFit community shares many aspects of that team environment and atmosphere. When you need that little extra push on your last rep of a hard workout, whether in competition on just a daily workout someone is there to coach you, encourage you, help you finish and pick you up.

With members ranging in age from 12 to 77, all of our workouts are scalable for various levels of fitness and skills. So, no matter if you’re a 60+ beginner that hasn’t worked out in decades or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our professional coaching staff designs all of our workouts to support any level of capability and skill. At our gyms you will never feel out-of-place or left out.
